On July 28, 2025, PACIS and the UNPAR Media Team held a discussion on the development of the PACIS website. This effort aims to create a more cohesive, structured website that can more effectively showcase PACIS’ activities as an active research body.
The discussion, held at the Laboratorium Program Studi Hubungan Internasional (Lab HI) UNPAR, began with a presentation by PACIS on the aspects that want to be improved. One of the main plans is to add language translation features—Indonesian and English—to reach a broader audience, including international partners who often face language barriers when accessing content.
PACIS also plans to streamline the navigation structure and add new sections such as research flagships and a special section on South Korea’s socio-political dynamics. Additionally, a comprehensive redesign is planned to present a brighter, fresher, and more user-friendly interface for website visitors.

The plan was enthusiastically welcomed by the UNPAR Media Team, which acts as a technical expert team for website management and development. In addition to discussing technical aspects and providing input on the current website, they will also directly assist in the website update process, including reorganizing the navigation structure, installing a language translation feature, and updating the overall visual appearance of the website. The UNPAR Media Team also provided education to PACIS regarding features that can be utilized to create more engaging and interactive content.
Through this meeting, it is hoped that the PACIS website will undergo a refresh in the near future, enabling it to provide a better experience and strengthen PACIS’s image as a research institution that continues to grow.
The meeting was attended by three members of the UNPAR Media Team, PACIS Chair Yulius Purwadi Hermawan, Ph.D, and the PACIS Management and Development Team consisting of Nazwa and Genoveva Karrenia Putryanti.
